Between 11 p.m. Thursday, July 18, and the end of the month, personal use dipnetting is allowed 24 hours per day on the Kenai River, according to the Alaska Dept. of Fish and Game.

The Alaska Attorney General and his staff are taking a different position than some Anchorage leaders over body-worn camera policies, saying the footage should not be released until investigations are completed.
