Kerry Katona has shown off her incredible three stone weight loss with a series of new snaps, as the star continues to work on her health and fitness journey.
Former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry, who recently said her life is being made into a Netflix movie, told her followers that she's "getting there" as she shared the before-and-after shots of the most recent part of her journey. The personal trainer then shared words of encouragement to his client, proving the motivation never stops.Now a size 10 once more, Kerry is determined to carry on seeing results, and has further to go.
As well as staying on top of their eating habits, those looking to improve their bodies are usually required to do three workouts a day.
