James Hemphill was placed on the FBI wanted list for ten years after admitting a child sex office in the US in 1994. Hemphill, of Houghton Conquest near Bedford, was arrested and charged with one count of causing or inciting a girl aged between 13 and 15 to engage in sexual activity and one count of failing to comply with Sex Offenders’ Register requirements.
