Kevin De Bruyne gave an interesting answer when asked which of Erling Haaland and Sergio Aguero is the best striker he has ever played with.The Belgian star has scored 103 goals and provided 171 assists in 386 games for the club, a frankly ridiculous return.While his brilliance has propelled City to glory on several occasions, he would not have notched so many assists without the help of some brilliant strikers.
Aguero is City's all-time leading goal-scorer, with a good chunk of his 260 goals for the club set-up by De Bruyne.Yet Haaland has won two Golden Boots in two seasons in the Premier League, and following his hat-trick against West Ham last weekend has scored 70 goals in 69 Premier League games. Haaland will be pleased to hear that De Bruyne - who has entered the final year of his contract at City - didn't hold any talks with potential suitors over the summer.
