A driver was subjected to a racially aggravated assault in Hagden Lane and followed through Vicarage Road.
Police are investigating after a driver was subjected to racist language and had a key pressed into his cheek.
Having investigated the racially aggravated assault since it was first reported, Herts Police have today shared an appeal for witnesses and information. At around 3.50pm on Wednesday, March 20, two drivers pulled over in Hagden Lane following an altercation. The victim, a man in his 40s, was subjected to racist language from a man in his 60s.The attacker then continued to follow his victim through Vicarage Road as they both left the scene, before eventually driving off.
