A former Coronation Street legend has secured a 'very exciting' and huge new role for next year alongside an Emmerdale star of 11 years and a Strictly Come Dancing winner
Coronation Street 's Peter Ash , who was killed off from the hit ITV soap, has landed a role alongside Emmerdale 's Fiona Wade and Strictly Come Dancing winner Ore Oduba . The talented trio will swap the small screen for the big stage to star in the theatre production of Picture You Dead next year.
Just two months after his Corrie exit, it was announced that the National Television Award winner will return to the stage for the brand new stage production of Picture You Dead. Peter has also starred in Footballers’ Wives and War Horse, with is new venture adding to his impressive achievements.
Completing the trio of stars is Ore Oduba, 39, who is best known as a TV and radio presenter, having presented for the likes of CBBC's Newsround and the game show And They're Off! However, his time on Strictly Come Dancing in 2016 saw him shoot to further fame as he clinched the Glitterball trophy with his professional dance partner Joanne Clifton.
