The offences were committed just days before his son's murder trial began at Manchester Crown Court on November 27.His son Eddie Ratcliffe, 16, was found guilty of Brianna's murder, alongside his co-defendant Scarlett Jenkinson, also 16, on December 20.
Dyson Allen was jailed for life following the blaze in January 2012. He nearly wiped out the whole family at their home in Freckleton. Rachel Dawes, also known as Rachel Evans, took money from Gary Stewart's bank account for three and a half years while she was employed by Sage Care Ltd. The mum-of-two left the 60-year-old victim, who had learning disabilities, with just £65.95 in his bank and 38p on his meter.
