Named for its previous owner, Naim Attallah, the Palestinian-British businessman lent the amethyst and diamond piece to Diana throughout the 1980s. As for Kardashian's chunky pearl choker that resembled another piece of Diana's, the eleven-strand necklace was also adorned with rubies and diamonds. Her striking white number showcased her ample cleavage, with the large jewelry piece providing some contrast
