Although the motion is sealed, sources from the outlet report that Kim is alleging Kroy monitored her movements within the house.
Zolciak’s latest motion isn't about kicking Kroy out of their shared home; instead, she’s looking to get her personal belongings back, which she says he’s been holding hostage. On the July premiere of Surreal Life: Villa of Secrets, Kim broke down in tears discussing the divorce.Sources say the responding officers concluded that it was a verbal exchange with no physical altercation; 'As I'm breathing, I'm just crying and crying and crying, and I need this, I really do,' the star said in a confessional.
'I don't know how to let go,' she continued in the confessional.
