Chinenye Vera Okonkwo's family described her as a 'wonderful, kind, intelligent young woman'
A woman who died in a fatal road crash in Glasgow city centre has been named as Chinenye Vera Okonkwo.Emergency services rushed to the scene involving two cars and a pedestrian at around 7.40pm, but she was tragically pronounced dead.
Chinenye's has family has paid tribute to her, describing her a "wonderful, kind, intelligent young woman". "She was very family-orientated and always had time for everyone. Our lives will never be the same without her."The university's Principal and Vice-Chancellor Professor Steve Decent said: “It is with great sadness that we heard of the passing of Chinenye Okonkwo in a tragic road traffic accident. We offer our sincere condolences to Chinenye’s family and friends and our thoughts are with them at this very difficult time.
