King Charles has made a royal splash on Billionaires ’ Row in Manhattan, shelling out for a lavish condo unit at 111 W. 57th St, according to reports in
Listed on the deed as “His Majesty the King in Right of Canada, Represented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs,” the buyer snapped upThe surprising state where 5 of America’s hottest markets are hiding Robert McCubbing, senior trade commissioner and director of trade and investment at the Canadian consulate in New York, signed the deed on behalf of King Charles, the records show. The Post has reached out to McCubbing for comment as well.The unit starts with an elegant foyer featuring stone floors and a powder room off to the side. It opens out to a spacious living room with an adjacent dining room.
