KingCharles 'has not decided' whether he’ll let Harry's children use royal titles yet
A royal expert has revealed that King Charles III “has not decided” yet as to whether the Duke of Sussex and his wife the Duchess of Sussex’s children Archie and Lilibet can have prince and princess titles.
A spokesperson told the publication: “The King is focused on the mourning period. It’s unlikely you’ll know other titles during that period. I’m sure at some point there will be discussions.” When both children were born, they were too far down the succession line to receive the title but following the death of the Queen they are now the grandchildren of the current monarch and not the great-grandchildren meaning they could be able to use the HRH title and be addressed as prince and princess.
King Charles has made a number of speeches since the death of his mother and mentioned several members of the Royal Family.Political editor Samantha Maiden has said Charles has decided not to address Harry and Meghan's children by royal titles which suggests they will not be named prince or princess.
