King Charles III is ready to put his battle with cancer behind him and get back to work, his nephew says.Peter Phillips shared a rare update on the monarch’s current state during an interview on Sky News Australia’s The Royal Report, insisting that the king remains in “good spirits” despite wanting to get back on his feet. “I think, ultimately, he’s hugely frustrated. He’s frustrated that he can’t get on and do everything that he wants to be able to do,” Peter said.
”Charles immediately began treatment as an outpatient, the palace said, adding that under doctors’ orders, his public engagements have been postponed until he recovers. However, it said: “Throughout this period, His Majesty will continue to undertake State business and official paperwork as usual.”The palace added that the king “remains wholly positive about his treatment and looks forward to returning to full public duty as soon as possible.
