The official invitation for the coronation of King Charles and the Queen Consort has been revealed and confirms a controversial change to Camilla’s official title, as the couple stunned in a new portrait.
Charles wore a blue pinstripe suit while his wife Camilla donned a blue dress and her favourite necklace featuring four strands of pearls linked by a circular clasp of diamonds for the for the official coronation photograph of the couple.

To avoid offending the British public, Camilla was not referred to as Princess of Wales after marrying Charles in 2005 as the title was so closely associated with the late Princess Diana.
