As of Monday morning, some areas of the neighborhood are still struggling with high water. Many roadways were still impassable.ABC13 sent out a crew to Kingwood on Sunday to speak with residents on their recovery efforts from the catastrophic flooding this week."It's a terrible, demoralizing feeling," one homeowner told ABC13.
