Rep. Adam Kinzinger said he would be opening to issuing a subpoena for House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy to speak before the Capitol riot committee. He also said he didn't think it would be necessary to call Donald Trump to testify. 'It's going to depend on where the facts lead,' Kinzinger said.
