The winners of the British Independent Film Awards were announced on Sunday at the annual ceremony which saw the film about the Belfast rap trio dominate across the board.
Set in West Belfast in 2019, it chronicles how fate brings the trio together and how they then go on to 'change the sound of Irish music forever'. Last month, KNEECAP won its legal challenge over a decision by former business secretary Kemi Badenoch to refuse them a £14,250 funding award after the UK Government conceded it was “unlawful”.
