An admin of the group, Christine Brand, said:"We started in spring 2021 and by Easter, we had 50 members, this grew to 2000 in May and was fuelled by Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee, by June we had 10,000 members.

Despite receiving a large amount of anti-Monarchy comments and posts, on the whole, the group has continued to grow with positive feedback from members and submissions of photos from across the UK. "Our moderators do a brilliant job of sifting through the negative comments and protecting the members from seeing them.

"The next few months will see Halloween, Remembrance Sunday, harvest festival and then Christmas, along with local events and other celebrations. It’s not just post boxes either, look out for bollards, gateposts, or anything else you can put a hat on!"
