Hoffman, who is aiming for a seat in the Paris Olympics, broke the women’s 400-hurdles mark for the fourth time this year, after she ran 55.92 seconds in the finals with Robyn Brown, who used to own the record two years ago at 56.44 seconds, taking second.Brown settled for the silver in 57.27 seconds, while Josie Inemedo of University of the Philippine was third in 1:04.69.
