Bryan Kohberger's legal team called two witnesses to prove their claim that prosecution is withholding evidence.

Defense attorneys for Bryan Kohberger, the man suspected of murdering four University of Idaho students, are accusing the prosecution of withholding evidence and being disorganized.Kohberger, 29, is charged with four counts of murder and one count of burglary related to the deaths of Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin. The students, known as 'The Idaho Four', were found dead in their off-campus home in Moscow on Nov. 13, 2022.

Defense attorneys claim they are not receiving evidence in an organized manner, saying 'discovery is being given to us like we are living in a snow globe.'Latah County Deputy Prosecutor Ashley Jennings said prosecution has given the defense a 50-terabyte hard drive, more than 13,000 photographs, more than 15,000 video clips from businesses and more than 8,000 video clips from residences.
