Kourtney Kardashian Barker has a message for new moms feeling their postpartum bodies adjust: Be kind to yourself. The mom of four, who recently welcomed son Rocky Thirteen with her husband, drummer Travis Barker, posted some self-love reflections from a tropical getaway with her sisters. The eldest KarJenner sister wore a black bikini to play in the crystal-blue water, and took a moment to express not only gratitude but love for the body that carried her children.
“The pressure put on us to bounce back when everything is new and different isn’t realistic. Life is beautiful, you are beautiful. Just a little reminder .” It’s a refreshing message for her to share. Unlike sisters Kim and Khloé, whose open fixation on thinness disappointed some viewers of their Hulu show, Kourtney Kardashian Barker has repeatedly stated that her at her thinnest is not her at her best.
