The reality TV star, 44, announced her pregnancy back in June at one of Travis’s concerts, sharing that she and her Blink-182 drummer partner, 47, were set to have a baby.

Kourtney publicly revealed she was set to have another child, her fourth and his third, by holding up a sign in the crowd which read: ‘Travis, I’m pregnant’ at the Los Angeles date of Blink-182’s tour, a nod to the 1999 music video for All the Small Things. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star later shared a video of her reveal on Instagram, which showed an emotional Travis rushing off the stage to hug and kiss her.
