In the NSW transport entity matter, KPMG was criticised for accepting work relating to the controversial Transport Asset Holding Entity from both NSW Treasury and Transport for NSW. A NSW parliamentary report said the decision to accept work on both sides was ““All these events are critical reminders for us to do the right thing – not just some of the time, but all of the time,” the KPMG leaders wrote.
