According to the arrest affidavit obtained by The Post, cops arrived to find Scott, 33, standing by the dock and shouting at the occupants of one of the boats. As police escorted Scott from the yacht back to the boardwalk area, he allegedly “walked backwards yelling obscenities.” According to the affidavit, Scott returned to the dock about five minutes later, at which point he became “erratic.”Officers said he screamed as he walked back toward the yacht, allegedly ignoring their multiple warnings.“There was no physical altercation with anyone,” a source familiar with the case told Page Six. “This was a rowdy party, and Travis was already bailed out for a few hundred dollars.
