“We’ve seen the Labor frontbench sending all sorts of messages ... about this,” Mr Sharma told Sky News Australia. “I think the Prime Minister is still yet to speak with Prime Minister Netanyahu, his Israeli counterpart, almost two weeks after this event has happened. “Just because you support Israel’s right to defend itself does not mean you need to be anti-Palestinian.”
Mr Sharma believes Prime Minister Anthony Albanese should go to Israel as soon as he can, and he should also travel to Ramallah in the West Bank to meet a legitimate Palestinian authority.
