Lady Gaga’s vampy Versace gown made its runway debut on Gigi Hadid just days ago.
track later this evening. Before hitting the Oscars stage, however, the star hit the red carpet to deliver a fashion statement. Because is Gaga ever one to skip a red carpet? She’s shut down many step and repeats over the course of her career! This time, she opted for a fresh off the runway gown that made its debut just three days ago.
Gaga’s designer of choice? It was Donatella Versace – not a major surprise, given her long love affair with the Italian label . Gaga chose a new look from the brand’s, which was just unveiled in Los Angeles on Thursday night. First modelled by Gigi Hadid on the catwalk, Gaga’s black gown featured a skirt with a dropped waistline, and a sheer, panelled bodice up top. At the waist, Versace’s signature Medusa head logo also appeared as a golden clasp.
The star’s Oscars jewellery, meanwhile, was by Tiffany & Co., and included a showstopping archival necklace from the 1950s, made of platinum and diamonds. She also wore a diamond cuff, earrings, and ring.
