After Diana, Princess of Wales' niece, Lady Kitty Spencer, shared a throwback photograph of herself from 1992, her lookalike is unmistakable. Lady Kitty Spencer is the eldest child of Earl Spencer and Victoria Aitken. She was born in London on December 28, 1990 and was raised between South Africa and England. As she is the niece of Diana, Princess of Wales, she is the first cousin of Prince William and Prince Harry. Lady Kitty is very active on social media and often shares sweet throwback pictures with her 716k followers. In one snap from 1992, a very young Kitty is seen sitting on a horse wearing a riding helmet. But it wasn’t just the cute picture that had everybody talking.
