A record number of pupils in a Lanarkshire high school are celebrating their top-grade exam results as their teachers “couldn’t be prouder”.

James Docherty, Owen M Dixon, Steve Kurian, Neve E Murray, Anthony Bradley, Kenzie McKay, Chris Neeson, Tira Kelly, Emma R McBrearty, Olivia J Millar, Jennifer E Ford, Jodie Walsh, Dean S Edmonds, Joshua MacKinnon, Niamh M Brown, Kayla Murphy, Adam Griffiths and Lucas McPike were those hard-working pupils to achieve their five A’s at higher.
Despite having now left the school Shing Yee Wong, Grace Morgan, Raphael Gutierrez, Kyle Strang, Patrick Pete and Iona Ware’s graft in achieving A passes in over three of their Advanced Highers deserves to be commended.“Our young people have worked extremely hard and received excellent support and guidance from their families and teachers.
