Barry Warner was killed in a collision in Shropshire last Friday
A man who sadly died in a collision in Shropshire has been named as 78-year-old Barry Warner from Lancashire.
Police were called to the A528 Shrewsbury Road at the Preston Gubbals junction at around 12.10pm on Friday, November 25 after a collision involving a blue BMW K75 motorbike and a white Mercedes refuse truck. The rider of the motorbike died at the scene. The motorcyclist has now been named as Mr Warner. West Mercia Police have issued a tribute to his family and have appealed for witnesses to come forward.Barry’s family have described him as a "loved father and brother who lived a full life of adventure". His family have asked that their privacy is respected at this difficult time.
