Chancellor Rachel Reeves has announced taxes will be raised by £40bn
Today Chancellor Rachel Reeves confirmed a raid on National Insurance for employers, an increase in Capital Gains Tax, a freeze on fuel duty next year and the introduction of VAT on private school fees.
