The Lancaster County district attorney's office says the bomb threat that closed parts of Lancaster last weekend originated outside the United States.That was determined after looking into the email address the threat was sent from.The FBI is helping with the investigation into the incident, which forced evacuations in the 100 blocks of North Lime and North Queen streets on Saturday. No explosive devices were found.

Two K-9s alerted their handlers to an unattended package, which led to the cancellation of the event.The package was from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and contained coloring books.'There are several factors that could have triggered the K-9s' alert to the package,' according to the district attorney's office news release.
