Mountville Borough on Monday reversed its decision to withhold funds from Lancaster Public Library , though it did impose a few caveats.

Mountville’s library is a branch of the Lancaster Public Library; therefore, it is run by the same leadership team. Library officials have clarified that the borough’s money goes to the Mountville location rather than the city site.“I am grateful to Mountville Borough for releasing its annual funding dollars for Lancaster Public Library,” library Executive Director Lissa Holland said in a statement Tuesday.
