Members of the Lancaster City community gathered at City Hall on Monday to raise the Pride flag.
Jonathan Frederick, 31, is accused of entering a victim's home without permission and causing $6,450 worth of damage, according to Manheim Township Police.Jonathan M. Frederick, 31, of Lancaster, is accused of entering a victim's home on the 200 block of Meadow Lane twice without her permission, likely gaining entry through an unlocked window, according to Manheim Township Police.
In the latter alleged incident, which occurred on May 16, the victim returned home to find Frederick asleep on a couch and items in the home destroyed and damaged. Frederick allegedly cut the cords of multiple electronic devices, rendering them inoperable. He allegedly poured liquid on a gaming console and a living room sofa, and a bedroom mattress, threw the victim's personal items around a bedroom, and tore the victim's coat.
