He had complained of chest pain a year before he collapsed while walking in Scotland

A man collapsed and died on a walking holiday after suffering from a heart condition caused by anti-psychotic medication.

Walkers attempted to resuscitate Simon while they waited for the air ambulance. He was flown to Bellfield Hospital in Stirling where he was pronounced dead. Summing up the GP's evidence Mr Cousins said: "[Simon] had complained on and off about chest pains but not consistently. Cardiac issues can be related to clozapine.
