Police are at the scene
A cordon is in place at a major south Manchester junction tonight. Moss Lane East has been taped off, close to the junction with Princess Road on the border of Moss Side and Hulme. Officers are at the scene guarding the cordon with a black car visible inside it.understands there has been what has been described as a 'very serious incident.'
The nature of the incident is not yet clear. Greater Manchester Police have been approached for comment.Officers in white forensic suits now entering cordonCSI officers have now arrived at the scene here on Moss Lane East. They are currently speaking to other police officers just outside the cordonPrincess Road was also blocked when the cordon was initially put in place earlier this evening but is now unaffected.
