Household Cavalry horses broke loose in central London again on Monday
Three Army horses bolted through central London on Monday morning, in what is the second occurrence in three months ofThe Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment horses broke loose after one was spooked by a London bus during a routine exercise.
The Ministry of Defence confirmed all animals were collected and returned to Hyde Park Barracks by 9.55am.four people injured after horses “One horse received minor injuries, but no further treatment is required and there were no injuries to the soldiers involved.” In the incident in April, service personnel were thrown from their horses after they were spooked by rubble being dropped through a plastic tunnel while on an exercise in Belgravia.
