Started from a cloud kitchen, now it’s in Chino Roces!
The burger joint located at 2233 Pasong Tamo, Chino Roces, was designed by Mono D+B. The aesthetic screams casual and fun, with red tiles, oil drums as tables, and plastic stool chairs as its main features.
Known as the “head homie,” Miggy started cooking burgers for family and friends in 2020 as a way to cope with the pandemic’s uncertainty. When he received great feedback with his homemade burgers, he needed a little push from Laureen to finally sell the burgers to the public. Hence, Hungry Homies was born.
“We’re now on our second year, and this is our first branch in Makati, and we’re excited to cater to more people,” Miggy added. Now, for the best part, if you’re hungry for burgers, the restaurant offers three scrumptious burgers: The Hypebeef, The Purist, and The Run BMC.The Hypebeef is a California-style double cheeseburger with smashed beef patties, caramelized onions, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, American cheese, and Hungry Homies secret sauce served in a brioche bun.
Of course, burgers are best paired with a side of French fries. Hungry Homies also offers Friends Fries , Cheezy Friends Fries , and Homie Special Friends Fries .
