Lauren Boebert responded to Joe Biden after he poked fun at her Beetlejuice theater incident during his White House Correspondents' Dinner speech.
Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert clapped back at President Joe Biden for mocking her at the White House Correspondents' Dinner.Speaking at the annual event on Saturday night, Biden poked fun at Boebert's theater scandal, in which she was escorted out of a performance of the musical Beetlejuice in September. Videos showed the Colorado congresswoman vaping and fondling her date in a seemingly sexual manner in the theater.
'I've tried to handle it with strength and grace as best I can, but I simply fell short of my values on Sunday,' Boebert said about the theater incident.The congresswoman was also mocked earlier this month following a CNN report which said that staff at a Republican gala in December refused to serve her any more alcohol as she had been 'over-served.
