Lauren is left horrified when Frankie is rushed back to hospital Lauren Bolton is set to face her worst nightmare in upcoming Coronation Street scenes when son Frankie is rushed to hospital. Lauren gave birth to Frankie prematurely after being drugged by abuser Joel Deering . Having groomed and attacked Lauren, he knew that the baby could link him to his crimes, so he came up with a plan to give her pills that would induce an early labour.
