A lawsuit filed against Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott by a woman accusing him of sexual assault has been moved to Texas' Collin County from Dallas County.

Last week, the suit was dropped in Dallas County after the woman's attorney submitted a request for a"non-suit without prejudice," which allowed the accuser to re-file the suit later. In an e-mail, Zehaie said the move to Collin County was made"for purposes of convenience," since Prescott's initial suit seeking damages was brought in that county.
In his suit, Prescott committed to donate any such relief to the Joyful Heart Foundation or another"like-minded organization." The accuser then filed a civil complaint and a police report over the alleged incident that occurred in 2017. In March, Prescott's attorney, Levi McCathern called it a"completely fabricated story," and Prescott"has never engaged in any nonconsensual, sexual conduct with anyone."
Dallas Police said this week an investigation is still active. Prosper Police are investigating Prescott's extortion claims against the accuser.
