A 31-year-old female lawyer in Berlin has accused a 46-year-old married man of raping her in front of approximately 1,000 livestream viewers after meeting him on a dating app. The woman claims the incident occurred at a hotel in May 2022, where the man, identified as Tim B., allegedly ignored her requests for condom use and proceeded to livestream the act without her consent. Tim B. denies the allegations, claiming the encounter was consensual and that the woman agreed to participate in the livestream.

A female lawyer has accused a married father-of-four of raping her in front of 1,000 livestream viewers after meeting him on a dating app.

But on May 12, the alleged victim claims she was raped by the armed forces worker in the hotel, between 9pm to 11:55pm. Nina said Tim's wife was aware he was cheating, but that he promised her he would never have sex with another woman without protection. According to the Berlin-based lawyer, Tim had at first stuck to an agreement they had made to have sex using a condom.
