Lawyers representing the record label named in a lawsuit accusing Sean 'Diddy' Combs of sexual abuse have requested the court to dismiss their clients from the case. The lawyers argue that the inclusion of the label in the lawsuit is unfounded and an attempt to wrongly implicate the record company. The lawsuit, which has been amended, also involves allegations against current and former executives of the label.
