The former couple signed a settlement late last week, with just a final signature from the judge needed, according to TMZ.
In court documents obtained by the outlet, the actress, who represented herself, stated the 'written agreement' addressed 'their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court.'People previously reported the exes had asked the court to eliminate spousal support going either way.
'Well, here we are,' Remini and Pagán said in the August 29 statement. 'After 28 years together and 21 years of marriage, we have decided to file for divorce. 'We are proud of how we have worked through this together,' they said. 'Yes, we’re sad, and we’ve got some figuring out to do as we continue to move forward into our new normal - together still in many ways, and apart in some new ones.'
