What an impressive 10-year-old girl from Leeds 👏
Thandie Beck, from Rothwell, began trampolining when she was three years old and has seen much success over the years.
Thandie, who trains five times a week and looks up to Team GB’s Bryony Page, is currently in the top eight in trampolining and she holds third place. Thandie has been invited to go to a camp where she will be coached by Team GB coaches ahead of the big competition in October this year. Writing on GoFundMe, the mum said: “Lockdown was a massive struggle for her as it was for most, Missing training for around 18 months had an impact on Thandie and her emotional well-being. Thandie trains five days a week so having to stay home without any training took its toll on her physically as well as mentally. When the gym reopened I don’t think I’ve ever seen her so happy.
