The Confession will air on Prime Video tomorrow
It all started on a cold January evening in 1992 when Mr Hall and his wife Patricia reportedly had a heated argument. Neighbours who had heard them, later said they saw the 39-year-old drive off in the family car in the middle of the night.
An investigation into her disappearance was launched but yielded no results despite extensive searches of woodland and rivers. Mrs Hall's husband soon became a suspect in the investigation after police set up a honeytrap. Mr Hall also claimed his wife had left on her own accord but other relatives are convinced she is dead. The mum-of-two, who sold perfume as an Avon lady, never made contact with her sons nor any of her three siblings.
Drifting in an out of jobs while trying to raise his sons Andrew and Graeme, Mr Hall had plans to write a book about his experience while also looking at how West Yorkshire Police went about the investigation. According to Mrs Hall's sister, Mr Hall has also never tried to cash in his wife's life insurance - worth £100,000 in the 90s.
