He will appear in court today
A man is due to appear in court on Tuesday charged with causing the death of a 59-year-old woman in Leeds.
Jason Ward, of Throstle Road, Leeds, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, causing death while uninsured, failing to stop at the scene of a road accident and failing to report a road accident. The charges relate to an incident on Elland Road at 7.30pm on Saturday which led to the death of a 59-year-old woman. Ward, 51, will appear at Leeds Magistrates' Court today .A 36-year-old woman who was arrested on Monday has been released on bail.
