Leeds restaurant Prashad shot to fame on Gordon Ramsay TV show Ramsay’s Best Restaurant and now some more celeb chefs are showing it some love.

This is the last series Dave Myers filmed before being diagnosed with cancer. Dave first shared his cancer diagnosis in May 2022 while speaking on the podcast The Hairy Bikers: Agony Uncles.In the upcoming episode, due to air at 8pm on Wednesday, January 11 on BBC2, the Hairy Bikers source mushrooms, rhubarbs and beetroots for Prashad, to make garlic mushroom pakoras, beetroot-stuffed paratha and rhubarb, rose and cardamom kulfi.

The food at Prashad tells the story of the Patel family’s lives from India to West Yorkshire, with Gujarati recipes handed down through the family, made with the best produce Yorkshire has to offer.
