Leeds United are exploring potential transfers for Burnley forward Mike Tresor and RC Lens defender Abdukodir Khusanov.
Leeds United are reportedly interested in signing Burnley forward Mike Tresor. Tresor has not played for Burnley this season, despite manager Scott Parker stating he is available for selection. Journalist Alan Nixon claims that Tresor has been nicknamed 'hidden' at Burnley due to his lack of appearances and that Leeds could make a move for him in January. However, a deal is considered difficult because Leeds are direct promotion rivals to Burnley.
Tresor's representatives believe a move to Elland Road is possible. In other news, Leeds are also reportedly interested in RC Lens defender Abdukodir Khusanov. The 20-year-old is impressing in Ligue 1, and Top Mercato says Leeds have already made an offer to sign him in the summer. Lens owner Joseph Oughourlian has instructed the club to sell Khusanov, which could lead to him considering other options. Premier League clubs such as Newcastle United, Leicester City, Manchester City, and Tottenham, as well as RB Leipzig and PSG, have also expressed interest in Khusanov. The Telegraph previously reported that Newcastle and Tottenham will make bids for the Kazakh international in January, meaning Leeds may need to submit a strong offer to secure his signing
