Leeds United may have done the double over Norwich City this season, by an aggregate score of 4-2, but neither game was a cakewalk for the Whites. The context around each of the matches was paramount, much in the way lessons from those wins will have to be taken with a pinch of salt ahead of very different, nervy circumstances from Sunday.

Without ever really putting Illan Meslier’s goal under sustained pressure, the visitors had all of the possession through the third quarter of the night.
