When Scott Parker watched Leeds lose 4-3 in the most gallantly swashbuckling of fashions at Liverpool last weekend he was not remotely taken aback. “I wasn’t surprised at all,” said Fulham’s manager. “I won’t be surprised if they keep doing that all season.” Parker duly anticipates a challenge at Elland Road, even if it will not be quite the occasion these two recent arrivals from the Championship once envisaged owing to a silent stadium.
